GAINING KNOWLEDGE
- You cannot love someone you don't know. Do you know Jesus? -
"Blessed are those who recognize their spiritual poverty, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven"
(Mt 5, 3)
Many times we consider that by having a good relationship with Jesus, we know a lot about the Faith but feeling like "Pharisees" prevents us from recognizing how much we still need to understand and grow. Believing that we "know a lot" is such a great temptation that it often goes unnoticed and it takes time to realize how it is actually affecting us in our journey of Faith.
But how do I know that I know my Faith? What makes me feel like I "know a lot" and understand a lot? Having no questions/doubts? I consider that having questions, or questioning myself new things about the Faith, wanting to know more, is what denotes spiritual growth.
And do you know why? Because God is so immense and Faith is such an incredible mystery that it is beyond human comprehension. So I think that at the point where we have no more doubts, questions, or questions, and we believe that we understand everything, it is because, in reality, we are not understanding anything, faith is always about seeking more, wanting more and that is the secret.
This section is for that so that TOGETHER we can search more, question ourselves more, and grow more.
Together we can understand more about our Faith and what it truly means to " be a Christian ", to know Jesus better, and become a stronger instrument for his work.
